How to make updates?
Automatic
- Log into the configuration interface of the Base configurator.
- Go to Settings tabs and in the section called System click the Updates push-button.
- Click the Update selected push-button, the program will download the updates and restart the Base by itself.
Manual
- Download the files from the website, to which the update is supposed to refer .
- Log into the configuration interface of the Base configurator.
- Go to Settings tabs and in the section called System click the Updates push-button.

Paste the update key for the file which you want to update into the "Update key" field and then click the "Load" push-button. The activity must be repeated for each file, which we would like to update. The files must be updated in the following order:
- rtos
- system
- web
- After completion of the update, restart the Base module.
Remember
You can monitor the updating process by means of the Discover program- click twice on the name of the Base module in order to display the console window.
When the update is not completed successfully
In case a message Update failed appears during the Base updating process, do NOT restart the Base module, but contact our technical support department under the telephone No. :
